Okay, so I've had a very busy holiday season, this year. Not just family events but settling into a new job, my daughter was in a play at high school and so much else to do with my wife and our two girls. Eating properly was rough! I think I've had dumping syndrome nearly every day for a month. Yeah, I was bad.

Okay, so out with it, people! Sound off and let's talk about what we can do to support each other in living up to some of those crazy New Year's resolutions some of us boldly proclaimed. Did anyone make any life shattering changes? How about some of you who are still pre-surgery? Where's the love???
